- Highland Catering (part of the HCE Group) are proud to announce two new Catering vehicles to add to our portfolio of services.
Our catering van has undergone a brand new conversion and comes certified for gas/electric compliance and Highland Council Environmental Health approval. We hold full street trading licences, all employees are Level 2 Food Hygiene with supervisors holding Level 3- Mobile Catering certified and we hold full membership with NCASS.
Highland Catering strive to break the mould of the average "burger van" by providing quality products, all of our meats are supplied by the award winning MacDougall & Hastie butchers of Inverness
